As an existing customer, we have already set up your new account for you. To get started, log in with the username and password we provided you earlier. You can find the login button at the top of the homepage:

When you log in for the first time, we strongly recommend resetting your password. To do this, visit your account information page.

We’ve made navigating around our new website as easy as possible. Here’s an overview of some of the features you’ll want to know about:

Search

Our powerful search feature lets you find the product you need quickly. You can even search by industry part number to find its Fleetspec equivalent.

You can launch the search feature by selecting the magnifying glass next to the shopping cart on the top of the page:

The search bar will open up right at the top of the page for your convenience:

Product Categories

Don’t know the name of the part? No problem. We’ve created new descriptive categories to take the guesswork out of ordering. 

To view the categories, hover over the “Product Categories” header at the top of any page, or click on it to open:

Within each section, you will find them broken down into further subcategories:

And finally, those subcategories will open up all products within:

Compare Products

Not sure what part is right for you? Now you can select up to four products to compare at a glance. To enable this feature, select “Add to Compare” underneath the products you are interested in:

Once you’ve selected your desired products, simply click on the “Compare Now” button, which will appear at the bottom of the page:

Quick Order

New to our site is the Quick Order feature, enabling you to efficiently reorder products without searching through categories.

This feature can be accessed by selecting Quick Order in the top right corner:

From there, you can immediately add the product you need directly into your shopping cart:

Shopping Cart Experience

Our shopping cart has been designed with security in mind. You can rest assured that your personal and financial information is encrypted, as we have installed a top-level SSL certificate to protect e-commerce websites. 

If you prefer to receive an invoice for your purchase, you can still request that payment method in your cart.
