CONDITIONS

· A late payment charge will be added to all past-due invoices.

· Any unpaid account within the stated terms is subject to a C.O.D. or C.I.A. status.

· All shipments are F.O.B. Montréal.

· Prepaid freight on orders of $3,000.00 or more in value, excluding cores (excluding deliveries to Newfoundland & Northwest Territories).

· Cores are payable in accordance with the above terms.

· Back order items will be added to your next order unless specified otherwise.
